3.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for all methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
• Deposited funds must come from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party payments are not accepted and will be returned.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Processing time: usually within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

3.3 Refund Policy

9.1 Balance After Closure

If an account is closed for a legitimate reason, any remaining valid balance after applicable bonus conditions will be returned. If closed due to fraud, all balances will be forfeited.

• Losses caused by issues with the user's own device or software.
• Account security being compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Delays caused by third-party services or payment gateways.
